Threading: The ancient art of facial hair removal
Threading is an ancient art of facial hair removal. It has been practiced for centuries in India and other parts of Asia and the Middle East. The process involves a special piece of thread, made of 100% cotton, in which the ends are knotted together to make a circle. The thread is then twisted to form the shape of a bow tie and glided along your skin. As the unwanted hair comes into the twist of the thread, it is lifted straight from the roots.
We brought the art of Threading to Antioch and Brentwood in 2005. Since that time, we have trained local providers in this art. We are proud to say that almost every Threading artist in Antioch and Brentwood have been trained at Stunners n Smashers Spalon.
